About The App
What If? App provides a web-based platform leveraging artificial intelligence to perform face detection and face swapping technologies for photos, gifs and videos. What If? App AI technology is to be used only for personal entertainment, parody and satire purposes.

By using this website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, your users, and other parties you represent that you will not:

User Generated Content
What If? App disclaims all liability for the use of content generated by users on our website. Our services allow users to generate images and videos through face swapping process. However, it is imperative to note that we do not store, monitor, or claim responsibility for these user-created images and videos. The user who generates the content maintains absolute ownership and is solely accountable for its use or distribution, along with any potential consequences thereof.
Prohibited activity
Copyright infringement and access to unauthorized material
Our Products must not be used to transmit, distribute or store any material in violation of any applicable law. This includes but isn’t limited to:
i. any material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and
ii. any material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat or violates export control laws.
The customer is solely responsible for all material they input, upload, disseminate, transmit, create or publish through or on our Products, and for obtaining legal permission to use any works included in such material.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

App and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall What If? App’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to What If? App in the last six (6) months, if any.
User Responsibilities and Acknowledgments
Users of What If? App acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for their own conduct while using the App and for any consequences thereof. Users agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. Any violation of applicable laws, including those related to intellectual property, privacy, and data protection, shall be the sole responsibility of the user. What If? App disclaims any liability for actions taken by users that violate these Terms or any applicable law.
